About me

Beautiful Model Xenia R.
Picture taken in Rimini, Italy

ABOUT ME

My name is Federico, i'm from Rimini, Italy.
I'm not a photographer, i'm just an human being who loves to shoot pictures.
I'm not a pro, but i'm professional, i want to do the best.
I think, I’m still a beginner. First started shooting in March 2013, almost accidentally. At first, all my models were my friends.
I dislike shooting in studios with artificial light. Usually my photos are done with natural light. Outside, in my beautiful city, or in my own apartment and light is from the window. If you can master that, it’s amazing. It’s soft, warm and great for portraits.
All I know is from my mistakes. I don’t learn photography somewhere. Maybe it’s not the best or fastest way. But, for sure, is the most interesting.

URBEX - COLONIA ROMA

I think that this place, with his enormous garden was a really amazing place in the past. It's a shame to see that it's abandoned, with people who live inside :(

Urbex Rimini - La Corderia di Viserba

URBEX - CORDERIA DI VISERBA

The Corderia in the beginning was one of the most important industries in the area, the pride of the Rimini textile sector and the animal traction had already been replaced by mechanical. In the years between the First and Second World War the Corderia reached its maximum development, giving a job to more than 300 workers. In 1923 it  daily produced over 1,000 kg of yarn, 2,000 of rope and 800 "cordetta". At the outbreak of World War II it had already been closed. A worker, in possession of the keys, had been instructed to go to sound the siren to alert air raids. On 1st November 1943, at 11.50, there were the first bombardments of Rimini. After it was used as barracks and storage of war material, first by the Germans, then by the allies. After the 8th of September, the Germans kept locked Italians captured in raids (also the famous Alberto Marvelli) and many people still remember the hungry turkestan prisoners asking for bread behind the barbed wire. After the end of the World War Corderia was purchased by financier Ceschina, in order to rebuild it and put it back in gear. Only promises. Inside you can find modern graffiti and drawings left by prisoners, also Erik Priebke was prisoner there. There are still some former factory machinery.
