The #secretplace today is a former water park abandoned since 2008. Built in 1992 has been one of the largest parks on the  Adriatic coast, unfortunately, has not been able to renew (did not even have a website !!) and lost the challenge against the most famous acquapark called "Aquafan" (although it must be said that compared to Aquafan was in a less popular touristic position and was much, much smaller, 75,000 sq m against 120,000) in the early 90s he became famous as the site of Mediaset broadcast "Bellezze al Bagno"

URBEX - THE SHADY MANOR

Built at the beginning of XX century by Countess Carini became property of Mr. Giuseppe Cameo, who lost it for racial reasons (Cameo was Hebrew) in 1944. In 1954 was buyed by Don Giuseppe "Zuclon" Lodoloni who lived there till dead.

URBEX - COLONIA ROMA

Istituto Luce - Colonia Roma

I think that this place, with his enormous garden was a really amazing place in the past. It's a shame to see that it's abandoned, with people who live inside :(

Built between 1929-31, engineer was the famous Oscar Giorgi and was built by the Roman firm "Fratelli Giovannetti" and the company "Invernizzi" "The M Hostel", recognizable by its shape M in honor of Mussolini's father was one the most important heliotherapy centers along the Riviera. It spreads over a 26,000 square meters and housed up to 600 children's area.

URBEX - COLONIA MARINA DEL FASCIO BOLOGNESE

The Fascio Bolognese summer camp was constructed in 1931 - 1932 by engineer Ildebrando Tabarroni. The four brick pavilions with plastered base are set perpendicular to the beach. They housed the dormitories, with refectories in a semi-basement floor. The four blocks were interspersed by three smaller buildings for offices and services. Inside, a 169-metre corridor linked the various pavilions.

ABOUT URBEX PHOTOGRAPHY..

In our country, as everywhere, there are places that in the past have impacted significantly on society, creating jobs, boosting development and the economy, creating wealth.

All these places are now skeletons abandoned, silent witnesses of the time, the memory of which remains in a generation that is gradually disappearing.
